Terms of Service

Effective date: July 21, 2026

This page is maintained by Apex Junk Removal Toronto and sets out the terms for using our website and booking our services. It is app-owned content and is not a certification, legal opinion, or guarantee by our website platform provider.

1. Agreement to terms

By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking junk removal services with Apex Junk Removal Toronto, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services we provide

We provide junk removal, hauling, and disposal services for residential, commercial, and estate cleanout jobs in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Specific services include furniture removal, appliance disposal, construction debris removal, yard waste removal, electronic waste removal, mattress removal, and full property cleanouts.

We reserve the right to refuse any job that we deem unsafe, illegal, or outside our service capabilities.

3. Quotes and estimates

Online estimates, instant quotes, and phone estimates are provided for convenience and are based on the information you provide. They are not guaranteed prices. Final pricing is determined after an on-site or photo assessment and depends on actual volume, weight, labor required, access conditions, disposal fees, and the type of materials being removed.

We will provide a final price before beginning work. You may accept or decline the final price with no obligation.

4. Scheduling and access

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, the correct service address, and safe access to the items being removed. This includes clearing pathways, unlocking gates or doors, and informing us of hazards such as stairs, narrow hallways, elevators, or uneven terrain in advance.

If our crew arrives and cannot access the items due to incorrect information or unsafe conditions, we may cancel or reschedule the job and a trip fee may apply.

5. Prohibited items

We cannot remove hazardous materials, explosives, flammables, toxic chemicals, biomedical waste, asbestos, or any item that is illegal to transport or dispose of under Ontario or Canadian law. If you are unsure whether we can remove an item, please ask before booking.

6. Ownership and authorization

By requesting removal of items, you represent that you own the items or have the legal right to dispose of them. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from the removal of items you were not authorized to dispose of.

7. Payment

Payment is due once the job is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and, where applicable, do not include HST unless stated.

Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store complete payment card details on our own servers.

8. Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee.

9. Limitation of liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our operations and take care to avoid damage to your property. However, junk removal involves heavy lifting and tight spaces, and some risk is inherent. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, inaccurate information provided by you, or items that were improperly stored or secured before our arrival.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Junk Removal Toronto, its owners, and crew from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these terms, your negligence, or your failure to disclose relevant information about the job.

11. Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Our website is hosted by Lovable Cloud. While we aim for reliable uptime, we are not responsible for temporary outages, maintenance, or issues caused by third-party infrastructure.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
